need 12 android testers for my on-device AI journaling app before google play lets me go to production

been building SANSARA — a journaling app where the AI runs entirely on your phone. no cloud, no accounts, no subscription.

the problem im solving: every AI wellness app is basically chatgpt with a calming color palette. i wanted to see what happens when you have 9 different agents each looking at a journal entry from a different angle and then debating before responding. its either brilliant or overengineered and i honestly dont know yet.

the tech side: llama 3.2 3B running locally via llama.cpp, on-device whisper for voice, LoRA fine-tuning so it personalizes over time. the model is about 3.5gb and downloads once.

the business model is one-time purchase. no subscription, no freemium upsell, no data monetization. your journal entries literally never leave your phone.

im stuck in google play closed testing purgatory — need 12 testers who opt in before they let me release to production. if you have a recent android phone and 2 weeks to use it a few times, id really appreciate the help. free lifetime license for testers.
