Need a consultant for our affiliate program audit

Hey folks! We at Linguix.com used to have our own affiliate program that generated ~30% of new signups. Now, we've moved it to Impact.com to further grow sales.

The question is, can anyone here help us to audit our current offer to understand its weak points and how we could make it better for potential affiliate? It can be a paid consultation or a series of consultations, I am just looking for someone who has really had some success in building affiliate programs for startups before.
