Need a Developer for a Semi-Custom Subscription eCommerce Site

I've ran a successful 7 figure eCommerce project in the past, but never really focused on the tech or software end, always the marketing. Now I am working on building a subscription box site, I have a funnel that converts well, however we are having issues with multiple items including:

1. Website Account System- Has been rough building this as a non dev with a non dev partner on Shopify, probably need a custom solution)
2. Store Credit System- Applied every month.
3. Automatic Discounts for logged in users
4. Cancel subscription automatically in the membership portal

Biz Model is basically:
Customers pay $50 for the subscription, they get shipped a box for free, as well they get $50 in store credit that they can apply towards any order, at 40% off the VIP pricing group(this isn't yet configured).

Current tech stack is:
Shopify for the main website, Clickfunnels for the inbound funnels and landing pages, Mailchimp for email.

The finished product ideally we want to look something like Adoreme.com, so you can get an idea of functionality.
