Interesting concept. I have done some work with Unmind and Psyt in the past. Might be worth having a look at them for inspiration.
With some tweaking of your product, I would say targeting corps could be key here. You can scale much quicker - e.g. 1 customer = 200 users. Also, mental health & CSR generally are becoming more and more important. They also get productivity gains. Win-win.
