Need a feedback of a startup ideas
Hello founders,
I have two startup ideas that are already present in the market, and I would like to get your feedback on which idea you believe is better.
The first idea is an AI chatbot support service that can be trained on your website or documents. It also includes features such as team invitations and a ticket management system.
The second idea is a new AI-powered service that collects feedback from users. For example, it can determine the priority of the feedback and issues.

They are good ideas but already old hat, sorry to say. There's loads of services like these out there now, plus the big mainstream players are now rolling out AI in their own products.
That's not necessarily a bad thing though - that is market validation. What it does mean is you need an angle - a specific niche or problem you will serve solely better than anyone else already does.
Or a great brand which pulls people in emotionally but that's harder and more expensive to achieve than the above.
