Need A Guru. Landing/Marketing Page

Hi.

I'm determined to get this "landing/marketing" page/process developed and running.

I'm looking for someone who may have an existing self hosted app that they can share for $$. Or I'm looking for someone that is willing to help me walk my way through developing/setting up/running the app.

I've pretty much created the rough sections the app should have. I'm thinking with the right person, this should take a few days. A lot of my time, not so much of yours!

PS. If you don't fit as a resource to work with me but you know of some Open Source/Github app that you've seen that might work, feel free to fire me the link.

The goal of the landing page is to allow the target users to see what the project will be, and to gather data from potential users/customers.

The target project is going to be a booksite for college communities, as well as a process allowing local businesses to advertise to the college communities.

The hook for the user, you get the cheapest book the we can deliver to you for your class. At the same time, the advertising businesses are helping to keep the costs down, so you've got a reason to use these businesses since they care about you!

For the business, the hook will be this gets you a way to be aligned with the college users/communities. By helping reduce the price of the books, kids will be inclined to then use your services.

There's more evidence that businesses want to connect with the college user base, via the NCAA/NIL (name image likeness) marketplaces that have been created with the sole purpose of connecting businesses to athletes.
