Need a new idea for my old real estate site

I have an old tired real estate website Land.net. I need a new idea. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!!

@landnet You should definitely consider getting rid of the 'link hell'. There is too much information for a landing page, especially since a lot of people are going to be viewing websites these days on smaller screens. Get a web dev to pull your site out of DreamWeaver and start fresh with clean code. Scale back the info, a lot. Reveal a little info at a time. Analytics and feedback are going to tell you what works.

Completely agree with @c0nsilience, the website is too messy and doesn't incentives users to browse at all.

If you want conversions you must offer something else than a list of properties to users.
I wouldn't recommend to compete on price but to make users fall on love with properties, after all most of cases it's a heart driven decision.
I think best would be showing professional quality pictures with some clear relevant info (sq ft, baths, rooms, price).

On the other hand some websites in my country also allow you to calculate mortgage rates directly from the website, I'm sure you can even monetize this feature.

@landnet I recently made a real state website for a local agency, you may contact me if you want a 10+yrs web developer.

Thanks for your input (: It will help me to finally get started after 10 years.

Absolutely! Don't wait another 10 years. That site is going to be the sales funnel that it needs to be for you. 🙃

It is a nice little step @landnet - never too late to update a new design

First question: Are you going to continue the same value proposition?

Secondly: What is your plan to measure the success of a new design?

Thirdly: Your domain should worth a good amount, consider to sell it :)

If you need inspiration on website designs, I would recommend Landingfolio. I also learned a lot and put it into practice for my little project as well.

    All the best!

Hi, looked at your website, and yeah, it's how it was done >10y before. Therefore, it still has something to it. Don't you like it as it is now, like, AT ALL, or do you feel some pain that its prime might have gone and you feel kinda forced to modernize. If you had 3 free wishes, what would you change? -- Don't answer if question is too silly, and never mind.

I recommend using the links you have to make a map instead. There are some MAPS API-s you could use. If you make a map to showcase the properties people will stay longer and play with it a little.

      That sounds great, thank you!
