Could you please recommend a tool for auto-connecting on LinkedIn with personalized notes?

I’ve been using Phantombuster, but it feels a bit expensive for my current needs. I’m wondering if there are simpler or more affordable solutions out there.

Ideally looking for:

• automated connection requests

• ability to include custom notes

• reasonable pricing

• safe / low risk of LinkedIn restrictions
