Need a revenue model

We provide one to one mentorship program for exam aspirants(JEE/NEET/DEVELOPER).we need a business development strategy or should i say we need help in everything .we have a great team but not able to use it properly. we are college students of leading engineering(IITs)/MBBS colleges of India.our website is mentomeet.com .
