Hey everyone, I'm a first-time entrepreneur who launched a SaaS called Hiringkit.co a few months ago. It's designed to assist recruiters by using an AI chatbot for candidate screenings. However, post-beta, traction has been low, and feedback, though positive about the concept, hasn't translated into usage.
Reflecting on this, and the market landscape, I'm considering pivoting from a chat-based tool to asynchronous video interviews. The new concept would allow candidates to engage more personally by seeing introductory videos from recruiters and responding with their own. This seems like a richer, more interactive approach.
There are similar tools in the market, like Hireflix, Spark Hire, VidCruiter etc, but I'm wondering if there's still room for innovation.

Is this pivot worth exploring further?
