Need an app to translate speech into American Sign Language

Looking for an app to translate live speech into American Sign Language. Don't have time to research if such thing exists. What I envision is an animated humanoid (either gender-specific or gender-neutral - user's choice), able to gesture with minimum lag, to replace a live interpreter.
