First of all, I want to wish everyone well with being safe and healthy.
I have been working on pulling together business model and other aspects around creating a SaaS platform that helps job seekers to map a learning path using their resume and LinkedIn profile to prepare for becoming AI enabled so that they can have a secure future in the AI world.
With the virus, I felt it's something that maybe of help to people now as they can use the downtime to not only understand how their skills, experiences, and interests map to AI but what they need to do to prepare for having a role in the future. AI and ML are very daunting even for developers or IT professionals where it is hard for them to know how they can or should get started. This is even more scary for those that are on the business end or are not technical at all. This virus has changed a lot of things, leaving us all to reexamine our priorities and how we can be secure in the future.
So, while over the past few months on the side, I have figured out how to solve this using Deep Learning methods, the problem is that I am not an engineer, let alone a DL/ML/AI engineer:).
I have a great eye and know what experiences need to be like across the user journey but are not a UI/UX expert myself. I can tell what looks good and what doesn't and know what features are important to a user and would be valuable.
Originally, I didn't think market would be ready for something like this for another couple of years but now with so many under-employed or unemployed, I thought if this can be created using low/no code existing tools by bootstrapping to quickly spin off, could be of tremendous help to many. If I can monetize it to pay for my expenses, that would be great but I want to help people figure out how to AI enable themselves for the future and what they can and should learn to prepare. So, if anyone is interested in helping on it and contribute, please DM me.
The SaaS platform would have freemium and paid subscription model for candidates, recruiters, and course/content creators, powered by DL/AI/ML for mapping.
I am looking for:
DL/ML/AI Engineer that can productize how I am looking to solve the resume/skills mapping to AI course content that are available as free or paid.
Developer that can pull together back-end technologies in working with the DL/ML/AI engineer to make it scalable. My preference would be to use open source and low/no code tools available if possible to keep the operational costs low but open to licensed products as well, bespoke application creation model depending on costs and time to deliver being feasible or not.
UI/UX expert to pull together a great landing page, screen by screen mock-ups for each of the user journey, and if possible marketing / SEO tools and strategies that can help with providing an easy to use experience for each of those user types first and gaining traction for user sign-ups across those three eco-systems.
If you have an interest in contributing, please DM me with what interests you about this project, where you are physically located, how many hours a week/day you are available to contribute, and what your expectation of return in exchange for your contribution would be, whatever that maybe so that I can understand if it's feasible or not for me to consider as I value the skills everyone has.
If all goes well where monetization can support expanding operations and I have found the team works well together, I can seek funding for hiring those that have contributed to the launch and success of it.
Thank you and stay well!
Hi, I would like to work along for the Data Science part if it's still open.
Looks interesting.
I am a UX UI designer and would like to chat. Feel free to drop me a note. Thanks
Thanks! Just sent a note. Thanks.
We already exchanged a few emails. But I thought it makes sense to send an update here as well.
@CAGirlieGirl looking around I found https://www.nextstep.careers/
thought about sharing this comment from them as they might be another player in this industry:
"It’s no secret that machine automation is leading to worker displacement. We wanted to play the other side of this automation trend: retraining and redeploying displaced workers into meaningful new jobs.
The company has ambitious plans to build the most inexpensive, high-quality platform to retrain and redeploy the millions who have been automated out of jobs into new healthcare positions".
As a side note, I think atm they are just targeting healthcare repositioning.
Hope that helps :)

Just sent a note. Thx.
I would love to chat related to this. I am building using NoCode and LowCode tools and would love to converse more on how we can make this happen. I have been looking at a marketplace or learning solution to help job seekers who are over 40 to navigate the future job market whether it's through reskilling or through a training marketplace.
Your idea seems in line with the same so would like to at least chat and see if there some synergies we can come up with
Sent a note. Thx!
I would love to chat more with you about this!
