Need an idea valuated
Company post a job, does not need resume or anything. Highest bidder gets the job. Portion of the money goes to the company if the employer is still employed after 30 days. This skips the resume, interview, qualifications BS step. Is this breaking any hiring laws in the US?
Why would someone without a job pay money for a job? Why would someone with a job pay for a job that charges them to work? Not a viable idea.
