Need CTO

My company has launched, software written, etc. We are disrupting the print Yearbook industry with first Cloud-based, Digital Yearbook (shockingly, the print industry hasn't done this yet). We just signed a major sales/distribution deal with an industry insider. Need CTO (current one has side gig that is blowing up).

We have multiple vertical products that in the sports and entertainment industry. Idiom Publishing is going to hit $4MM+ this fiscal year. This opportunity, for the right individual, is going to be very big.

Initial time need is fairly small, CTO needs to interface with our software writers in Serbia. They are good but just a little sloppy. We need our product to be VERY tight for our national launch in September job one is an audit of functionality.

Initial compensation will be per diem, but that will change within months as there will be salaries for C level positions. There will be equity.
