Need CTO or Technical Co-founder for entrepreneurship-related app (preferrably within USA - Illinois, best case scenario)

Hi guys! My name is Tom, I stay in Illinois, USA. I am looking to find an app developer to partner with for my tested startup idea (tested it by finding similar products).
