Today I'm proud to publicly open the project I've been working on, Thridea, which will help businesses to build more customer-centered products through their customer feedback.
It's the first product that I build and I'm really excited about it.

Based on your description here, and the site, it's very clear to me what you do and the value proposition. I know it's a bit early but eventually I'd suggest metrics like "products built" and "feedback received".
I've looked for products like this a few times. I really want task/project management software that integrates with a public/private roadmap. So, internally you can have a roadmap and then publicly you can share aspects of that roadmap so customers can see progress. The use case I'm thinking of is if a critical vulnerability is found in your app you want to add it to the roadmap but maybe not publish it publicly. The big challenge there is that everyone is using Trello, Jira, etc, etc, etc.
In my case, and potentially the hurdle you might encounter, is that I'm using Yodiz for task/project management and I hate the idea of having to enter duplicates into task management and the roadmap.

I'm reading Lean Startup right now so everything revolves around that. It just occurred to me, I wonder if you could let users guestimate the impact on user/sales metrics of a given change. Then, once a change is implemented users could go back and enter real numbers in terms of revenue, sign ups, ad clicks, etc. That would start to generate reports and data driven decisions on what is the best change to implement next. Over time, users might start to see patterns such as "every speed improvement results in a 2% increase while every UI change is a 4% improvement".
Wow! Thank you so much for your feedback. What you just said is the vision that I have for Thridea. Right now, in this first phase, I've built a Stripe integration to match each user registered in your board to a Stripe Customer and load all his data like subscriptions and the amount of money he has spent on your product.
My goal is to help you to take a decision based on that data, right now each feedback that belongs to one of your customers is marked with a label. Also, you'll be able to see how many of the upvoters are your customers and what's the total amount they have spent on your platform, which will help you to see to measure the impact a feature it's going to have in your customers.
In the future, my goal is to collect enough data to generate reports as you said and measure the impact a feature had or will have on your revenue.
