Hi all
I have an idea to build slack app that help to manage internal team help desk in a better way. How does it works?
There will be a dashboard that will look like this https://vwxtjusjrvibyblgsvig.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/testing/Screen Shot 2022-11-22 at 01.29.38.png
In the dashboard, you will see the team list and the form to create a team and invite members. Let's say you've created "invoice-dev" team and invited a team member
When there is an issue that need to be reported, the reporter can just type with this kind of format "/appname [team-name] [message]". in this case, it will look like this
"/appname invoice-dev there is prod issue during invoice creation" .
Then the app will automatically create a channel and will invite the team members and the reporters. Once the issue solved, the reporter can flag it as done
In the dashboard the team member can also track how many unhandled and ongoing issues at the moment. There will be also weekly report to see how many issue in a week and how long it takes to finish an issue
For me, this approach is more manageable comparing to having a dedicated channel to hold all of the issues
wdyt? is there any similar app you know? kindly need your feedback . thanks :)
