Need feedback on my landing page

Hey guys,
I've decided to rebuild the landing page for the service I'm about to launch in a couple of weeks and I'm looking for some feedback on my landing page:
https://www.listsmanager.com

I've rebuild the LP in the idea of getting some traffic from ads to it before launching and maybe some potential customers. It's my first LP for a product, and I'm curious about feedback from you guys, do you think it looks good? Do you think it highlights the purpose of the service and it's features? Do you think it lacks information or something from the page?
I know the blog lacks a bunch of posts, I'm about to handle it starting tomorrow.

Edit: Please make sure you check the desktop version too. :)

Thanks,

The very first thing I notice is that this website is painfully slow. I'm looking at the blank screen with the page loading for 10 seconds. This is also confirmed by a website speed test, which gives your website a speed score of D-67 (out of A-100). It's so slow, Google is going to penalize you and a lot of people are going to just exit after few seconds of staring at that blank space. This is your number one problem.

After the page loads, the over the fold area is fairly clear about what your product does. But I don't like the moving background. Yes, it's a cool effect, but do you want me to look at your moving background effect, or read your pitch? It's not easy to focus on both. Also, having the pictures of your product on the right side area tilted in a slight angle is very awkward and makes it more difficult to see what your product looks like.

It's bad UX to have those key features boxes to move around under mouse cursor, which implies they are clickable buttons, when they are not clickable buttons.

Also, I find it rather paradoxical how your first key feature is "Lightning Speed", considering how slow the website is.

Your CTA to ask me to sign up to wait for you to launch does not provide any incentive why I should do so. People want things right now. Not at some vague future moment. Most people are not willing to wait, unless you give them a reason to. For example, early adapter pricing.

It's a bit confusing while some of the CTA is saying I need to wait and join a waiting list, and others say "get started now". If this thing is not ready to be used now, don't say "get started now". People don't like to feel like they have been tricked. If you say "get started now", I expect to be able to start now. Not to start to wait now.

Many of your main content texts are gray font over a gray background color. That's not great for readability.

"Find the answers you're looking for in our FAQs section" I don't. After you are pitching me a product that is not ready yet, I have two questions: 1) When is this thing ready, and 2) How much is this going to cost. The FAQ doesn't answer either of these questions.

I think the product itself is looking interesting, but you are doing it a disservice with a website that is focused on cool effects, rather than speed and a clear pitch. Right now, your pitch is pretty clear as to what this is and what it does, but it's entirely lacking the information about when is this thing ready for me to use, and how much does this thing cost.

Edit: I forgot to say that I really like your product name and the domain name. Even a bad dot com domain is better than a good .xyz domain name in my opinion. And this is even a good dot com domain name, so good job finding this one! I'm not a huge fan of the Favicon, though. Keyboard keys don't really relate to list managing in my mind.

      Such an awesome reply!
Thank you very much, this was so helpful, and I improved (or atleast tried) everything you said.
For the speed, I have changed the server, removed some scripts and libraries and now the GTMetric page gives me either a score of 99 or 100.

For the animations on the background, I did remove those as I thought that it will also improve speed since I will remove their libraries and I have also fixed the tilted images to be horizontal. For the features, I've removed the slider (and it's library and css) and created a grid with 3 features per row, listing all the features that were in the slider.
The lighting speed box was more referring too the actual speed of the server and data processing, but I get the idea, how can I say the server has lightning speed if the page itself it's damn slow. I hope the speed problem is fixed now, as I've moved to AWS EC2 behind Cloudflare.

You were right about the CTAs on the site, a friend of mine that I asked to check it out said the same, I've changed the text of the buttons to "Join Waitlist", and now, when a visitor / potential customer clicks and joins the wait list, he will get a 10% off on his order of a plan on ListsManager.

The 'grey-on-grey' font color has also been fixed, I've changed the colors of the text to black, which indeed is way more readable!

For the missing questions in the FAQ, I've added another bar with the same questions, When will in launch, and replying that it will be live in Q1 2023, also hinting to join the waitlist to get 10% off.

Regarding the cost, I've also put a bar over there with a Q & A, hinting that the cost will be volume based, as the app is kind of B2M. I'm still doing some math to see if I can do some kind of plans instead of that and list them on the site.

Also changed the favicon but now it`s a basic LM, I'm still thinking of designing a new one.

Thanks again for your fair reply, it helped a lot!

You landing page looks cool but i feel you can add demo of your dashboard. when I went to the features and kept my cursor i see the moving background which made me to think its clickable but it is not.

Thanks a lot for your reply!
Demo as in, like a video presentation? or image gallery?

I removed the 'features slider' and set them to a grid system, fully displayed.

Video (you can fastforward the screenrecording of the process you do with the dashboard) --> users can understand how the features work.

It's a small thing but I didn't expect to be redirected to a new tab from the Blog link on the landing page.

Hey there! Thanks for checking it out!

I wanted to have it redirect to a new tab as I thought it's better to stay on the main page rather than go read the blog.

I don't know if it`s a bad practice though. Is it?

It was unexpected at least for me. You could check other websites and see if their blog pages redirect to a new tab or not and decide.
