One thing that stands out a bit is that the pricing doesn't seem to be realistic. $249/mo for enterprise multi site support + 3 hrs content updates + the rest of the features like support etc.
Even in an ideal world, where wordpress clients are not sent from hell to make your life miserable - I just don't see how that turns a profit.

What do you mean by live security checks.
Where is my data stored in your "off-site backup" - is this encrypted in transit & at Rest if i have eCommerce details, Who has access to this data?
If you're dealing with client details please enable / add 2FA Authentication for user authentication
Thank you for the feedback @alpal. With live security checks we mean we're constantly scanning the sites. Maybe we need to rethink the wording on that.
Backups are stored in the cloud, which is encrypted. But the data is encrypted before sending to the cloud.
Nice clean website and easy to understand the service. I've seen quite a lot of companies in this space. How do you differentiate?
