Need feedback on product and landing page

Hi everyone,

I'm working on Cave Mailer (https://cavemailer.tech), a service to forward emails to Slack, Notion, Webhooks, CRMs, etc. I want to get feedback on the product, landing page, and pricing.

Cave Mailer vs Zapier

A lot of people wonder how this is different from Zapier. Cave Mailer is a service to just forward emails to other apps whereas Zapier is an automation tool to create complex pipelines connecting multiple apps with different triggers.

Plus, Cave Mailer is much cheaper than Zapier. Zapier costs a minimum of $20/mo (after the free plan) for 750 tasks whereas Cave Mailer has a pay-as-you-go pricing model costing $1/200 emails.

Hi there!, I think it's looking good, but I got the feeling of "tl:dr" coz I felt like there is a lot of text and I didn't know what to read first or what to focus my attention on, maybe some spacing between sections could give it some space to breathe

But so far, I think I understood the message 👍

Thanks a lot for the feedback! Do you think adding a video/gif demo will be helpful?

What do you think of the product by the way?

Sure! I think it would make more visual the page

Here are some resources in case you need it:
        Cool illustrations (maybe for inpiration?)

          Hi @VictorGonz,

Can you check the updated version of my landing page (https://cavemailer.tech)?

Cool! Thanks a lot for the resources. They are really helpful.

I can't say much about the product as I don't know much about the market. I didn't really understand how much of it is manually done (do you have to set up the integrations or is it configurable for the user like in Zapier (field-mapping etc.)?).

Landing page is obviously text-heavy and unstyled as you only have regular Bootstrap going on there it seems. Maybe some sort of pre-built Bootstrap theme could help if you're already used to utilizing Bootstrap? If you have anything built out from the product itself, I'd definitely put somes screenshots in there to help with how the product can help.

Any ideas on how you'll do data processing in a way that businesses would trust you with their emails? I think that'd definitely something to consider, and right now I see nothing to base trust upon (other than a barebones landing page). Would have the same issue about the api keys or other stuff I'd probably have to provide you as a user of your service for the integrations.

Pricing idk, seems simple and fair, although I guess in the future you could think about a more granular structure once you learn more about who your users are.

Just some thoughts, good luck with Cave Mailer!

      Hi FabioMai,

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

didn't really understand how much of it is manually done

You have to sign up, configure the integration (i.e. select the app where emails will be sent, select the slack channel, etc.), and create a forwarding address. After that, all emails sent to that address will go to your selected app.

put somes screenshots in there to help with how the product can help.

Will a demo Gif/Video be better than screenshots? I'm also thinking about adding logos for the supported integrations. I agree that I need to add more visuals to the landing page.

how you'll do data processing in a way that businesses would trust you with their emails?

I will be adding a privacy policy soon but just to be clear I do not store any email content but might temporarily store some meta-data like the email sender IP, email address to prevent spam.

Once again thanks a lot for your feedback! It's really helpful.

      Edit - Fixed formatting.
