Need feedback on website format and organization
To All Excited Content Creators,
I embarked on a journey to write one topic per day for 30 days on electronics system design on a personal website (https://www.hwe.design/) intended to educate students and young professionals about my field.
I achieved my goal last week but website is not finished yet. I am still going strong to finish it.
I would like any feedback on format, contents, and organization.

The top bar of your page takes up a ton of space, and the headline:
feels like it should be a link, but doesn't go anywhere.
Also having to click on a submenu to expand it feels a little clunky? I'm not sure what specific advice I can give around organization since I'm not in your target audience so i don't know where to expect to find things.
