Need feedback to grow our 24K subs digital health newsletter further

We started Healthviva to share whatever we know about digital health and thought folks would like it which they did.

Now our goal is to make a more engaging digital health community, we started a slack group. Its been a slow growth but we'd like to take it to the next level and also have folks participate more on the content on the newsletter, discussions etc.

need tips and I am sure Indiehackers community could help, Thx :)

Have you seen circle.so? That might be a great way for you to make a more engaging, open community!

Got it, I have used it and can possibly try to use it but we'd need a dedicated person to do it possibly.

      Slack is somewhat easier, thoughts?

Slack is easier for sure, it's just less "premium" feeling - if the community is a massive part of your business, then not a bad idea to use circle

I think it might be worth exploring the idea of having a paid section to your community - similar to what @levelsio did with Nomad List. This will promote exclusivity and can promote itself due to the type of people within the community - they want to help others and recommend it to others.

Not everyone in your newsletter is interested in joining the community let alone reads every version of your newsletter - that is something to keep in mind when trying to get people to convert.

I'm happy to give you a hand setting up the membership aspect of the community if you would like to go this direction.
