I don't know who needs to hear this but your pitch deck can be better.
But the truth is, it will never be perfect. So don't waste your precious time making sure you've got your TAM precisely down to the last dollar OR that your competitive landscape matrix slide doesn't accurately portray your USP.
Pitch decks are a work in progress. And while they don't need to be perfect, there are some non-negotiables. These are my top 3:
Start there.
I've been a nomadic entrepreneur for the last five years. I've built two businesses, sold one and helped build another. I've been part of a couple of startup accelerators and just finished up with one.
Pitch decks are hard. I know. Refining all that experience, all those ideas, the product features, that problem and the aspirational vision into 12 slides is tough work. But after doing it for so long and being in an environment where founders are working on a deck all day (and night) long, I think I've got some value in the bank to help you out.
If you're struggling to convert words to visuals or stuck on a slide, or perhaps you just want a fresh pair of eyes on your deck, I'd be happy to take a look. No cost. Happy to sign an NDA also.
