❓ Need Guidance about: LLC Company Registration in the UK 🤔
I have a question and need your guidance. I have started building micro SaaS products.
I have two different products and one service website where I offer eCommerce store design services to internation clients.
Problem: Now i want to receive payment throught Card on my website.
But here unfortunatly in our country i can not use PayPal and Stripe and third option is 2Checkout but for 2Checkout it requires a registered company in my own country (i think 2Checkout is hard for here)
My question is, is it necessary to register three different companies, or can I receive payment from one LLC account?
Suppose the brand name is "XENO":
Can I use one account to receive payment from all these three websites with one LLC? What would be the correct strategy?
What will be the main name i use for company registration. I need your guidance and help in this regard.
Why UK? I suggest not registering a company in the UK, banking procedures are pretty shitty for non-UK business owners, and it is almost impossible to set up a bank account from abroad.
We had registered for our startup and it was a bad experience, we had to appoint one of our investors as the company director and tried to solve issues through him, even though we needed tens of documents and the process was just long and demoralizing.
A couple of years ago, I've set up my LLC in the US for the same reasons, PayPal stopped operating in Turkey and also Stripe is not operational.
I've formed my LLC through startglobal.co, still work with them for CPA services, tax filing. They have a good digital system with a nicely designed dashboard.
You can have a Stripe account with an EIN number, but Paypal may need ITIN for a business account and debit cards. But you can keep using their services with EIN as long as you don't ask for more. Never trust Paypal, they can freeze your account at any time. But Stripe is solid, I even get loan offers.
After forming LLC in the US, you can easily open a bank account from Mercury and Brex. I use them both and use their debit cards daily. Both are proving excellent finance technology, build on trusted US banks. Can't recommend them enough.
