need guidance for my Indie Hacking Journey

hey all,

it's been 2 months since I have started my Indie-Hacking Journey.

i have realized that building SaaS & making a living is such a hard thing

for my very first SaaS, I worked for 1 week & Marketed for 8+ weeks to get my first clients

my first product(https://www.reachactory.online/) is an automation tool for sharing SaaS/AI Tools with 100+ directories.

so far i have worked with 7+ startups & i have got pretty positive testimonials from all of them

but now the dilemma is idk should i continue working on it by adding new features such as newsletter, more directory collaborations etc or I should start working on the new idea?

i would love to know your thoughts on it

as well, how do you come up with the new ideas for your SaaS

i have been struggling a bit to come up with new ideas

Should I continue working on my 1st Project or I should start with new project without wasting time
  1. yoooo.. start with new one
  2. nooo,,, keep growing the current product

If you have some bandwidth, you can simply pick new ideas and execute. I have listed more than 1000 SaaS Ideas here.

Well, on the marketing side I can't help because I have the same issue :)

About getting new ideas for the product, ideally your users/customers should give you feedback, and depending on that feedback you may get new ideas

I've built a lot of websites for all sorts of clients, and the best source of ideas are the user that use the actual product

just a small update: i am now 11 weeks in and so far i have got only 7 people work with, idk how to market it anymore

tried 100s of reddit DMs, Linkedin DMs, FB Grps but seems like nothing is working out

It may not be that big pain point for folks and also it seems just a onetime thing for most. You need to think what else can you help them with?
