Need help and feedback on my idea BookDrips

Hi all,

Trying to solve a problem for myself. I came up with a simple idea for a product.

Background:
Because of my current situation I find it very hard to stay focused and remember to read the books that I like. My phone always has a more gravity than my book (probably some of you feel the same). Now I realized with the newsletters starting to get more mainstream, more content is fed to my Inbox, which means I am spending a lot of time in my mail app reading stuff.

The simple idea: BookDrips
I was thinking if I could build something simple that emails me 2 pages of my ebook, I can do a proper toilet reading ;-) from my mail app next to my other contents that are pushed to me. I did a quick hack and it seem to work okey(ish).

Doing it manually:
Having been involved in a few startups, I've learn my lesson of not jumping into building stuff, I am a software developer so I should resist the urge to start coding. This time I want to offer such a service fully manually and by hand. So people can send me their ebook(s) and I email X page of the book to them everyday and a specific time they want. If this work then I start building it.

What I did so far:
I quickly build a one page, briefly explaining the service and put a payment button connected to Stripe. But now I need to let the world know about it.
This could be easily a trash idea but also could lead to something that people actually might pay for. Doing it manually will allow me to find the right path.

What I need help with:

1. I need your honest and constructive feedback on this..
2. Need to some help on where and how I could find the first [paying] users.
