NEED HELP: AppStore rejects due to a non-valid Legal reason

I would love to get your support and ideas on how to overcome App Store Approval.
We have submitted our initial version of Socialcamp to AppStore, got rejected by Legal reason.
The flow of our application is the following: you have a screenshot from Clubhouse user profile, you upload it to our app, we process data from the screenshot and you store it as your Contact inside the App and you can add your notes/tags smth like CRM/Address book.
Apple rejects with the reason that :
Specifically, there is no authorization to re-use the information in your app.
Specifically, your app still uses information from Clubhouse profiles without consent from the respective users.
Hi Anna, what about a checkbox the users have to check confirming that they state they have permission to share with your app the pictures they are sending?
