Need Help!

I have been running my agency for the past four years. But, I don't know why I can't ever make a profit?

I get a new client, then again, I need new hiring to provide quality service. I have been playing this sew saw for the last five years and I am really Frustrated about what to do and how to increase my profits?

I have tried CRM tools, Increasing the cost of my services, tried lowering my service cost by hiring consultants. I was even doing better, but when COVID hit, I have been devastated and am really looking for a solution.

What do you think should be the steps I should take to make sure my operations cost doesn't exceed my revenue?
