Need help for licensing engine for Desktop Application

I'm working on a Desktop application that helps users design state machines and generates code from the designs. I'm in the final stage of development but I'm still having a hard time deciding on the approach for licensing it and its respective implementation. The options I find in the market are too expensive to start with.
