Need help getting to new users(must be free lol)

Hi guys,
I created wannahireme.com and launched in november. I got some really good feedback and about 100+ users from PH launch.

I got users mostly by spamming twitter(LOL). I want more users to try it and signup.

Tell me any good growth tactic I can use at this stage, the only condition being it has to be at no cost.

I tried to launch a job board to improve the value proposition but that didn't have any major impact.

Also , does anyone know if twitter hides tweets for users in USA, Canada etc. because even though I mention them from these countries there is barely any traffic. Most of the twitter traffic is from African and Asian countries whereas a majority of traffic from PH was from USA, Europe etc..
