Need help monetizing my 220K instagram page

Hello lovely people,

2 years ago I started my instagram page (@livingvanlife) about converted campervans and it became very popular and I currently have 220k followers, but I really want a marketing strategy to create loyal customers and that people will recognize the brand all over the world. I'm a bit stuck to what to do and which people are best to hire in to do the work as best as possible to create something big that a lot of people will recognize in the community. Maybe you can help me out or give me a push in the right direction, looking forward to your answers.
