Need help on getting the first paying customer.

Hello Makers,

I'm Sharath, an experienced software engineer. Before joining the Indiehacker community, I had developed applications for my own use(eg: https://github.com/src200/trendtalks). But soon I got inspired by increasing numbers of micro-saas applications and started building applications that would bring real value to the customers.

After spending time researching the idea and ways to find solutions, here are a couple of ideas and their implementation.

1. Saliency-aware vertical video cropping(https://crisprvideo.netlify.com/)
   It's a simple video cropping tool with the ability to find objects in a video and tries to put them in a 9:16 rectangle. The rise of the short story video format on all social platforms motivated me to build this. This would help if anyone wants to convert their 16:9(horizontal) to 9:16(vertical) without losing the context.
   Note: This is just an MVP, it is missing an export feature.

2. Storyflow(https://storyflow.video/)
   This one is really built with the intention to earn the first dollar on the internet, so I made it look a bit more professional. The idea is to add a simple widget on the customer's website when clicked would bring up web stories. The user can add/remove stories from the dashboard.

I have put a lot of effort into developing Storyflow but, got stuck in monetizing it. Please show me a way to go from here!
