I have 120 free signups but still waiting for Ist Paid Users https://localy.ai/ What is the Problem can you guys tell me why i am not getting paid users anyone can help
You’re actually closer than you think.
120 signups with zero paid usually means one thing: users are not hitting a strong “need-to-pay” moment.
Most early SaaS don’t fail at getting users—they fail at creating a clear upgrade trigger.
Quick things I’d check:
• What exact action makes a user feel “I need to pay now”?
• Are your best users reaching that point—or dropping before it?
• Is the free plan solving too much already?
If users are using it but not upgrading, it’s usually not traffic—it’s positioning + upgrade timing.
Curious—what’s the moment in your product where you expect users to convert?
Have you asked any of the 120 signups? They probably know better than us :).
Without looking at the user flow before reaching the purchase page, I can guess few scenarios:
Users are impatient, it took too much time for me to understand what it’s for and if it’s for me.
You should USE the language of your Ideal customer. They land, and they immediately know it’s for them. You understand their problem.
I feel like you’re fishing in the ocean. You should be fishing in a pond. Talk to your customers. Know their pain points, repeat it back to them.
Any data on how is the usage from those free signups? Usual SaaS conversion rate is around 2%. Probably you should see if the traffic is quality traffic or not.
Traffic Is Comming From USA, Greenland, Uk
Congratulations, @yutingzhong, on creating your first online business (I'm guessing it's your first). I agree with the comments below from DC, and I'd like to add a few more points. On the softer side, I think the logo in the left-hand corner of the homepage looks blurry (low quality) and is not very attention-grabbing. I also don't understand how the app name 'Localy,' with a location pin in the logo, relates to the use-cases you address (Am I missing something here?).
Before I consider signing up for any online SaaS service, I always check the contact section. On your website, I noticed a Gmail address rather than a registered email domain (which is a big red flag). Additionally, your location is listed as Melbourne, Australia, which isn't very 'local' for me since I'm in the UK. Moreover, the map is pointing to the London Eye. The footer area of the website typically includes links, a registered business address, and other 'trust factors' or signals, but these elements are all missing.
If you have a phone number in the top border, it's a significant trust signal. It could be labeled 'Call Sales' or 'Speak to an Expert' and have a local number depending on the location you're targeting. Furthermore, the pricing is missing from the top menu bar (it could be included), and the content throughout the site should be more persuasive from a marketing standpoint, as mentioned in the paragraph below.
These are just a few thoughts on the design side of things that can be easily addressed. I haven't had a chance to examine the app in detail, including the UX and user journeys, due to time constraints. Perhaps someone else can do that. Best of luck with your project, and congratulations again for getting the first draft online.
Thank You Very Much For raising these issues You Are the First I need to Solve these Issues then maybe I can get some sales I am saving your message I will set it according to your instructions
No offense, but your grammar on the landing page is terrible, if it's representative of your product, it's not a good sign.
Additionally, 120 sign ups isn't a lot, the typical conversion rate is 2-5%, so variance could be a factor here.
Finally, have you looked at how your users are using the product? People are only going to upgrade if they need more words or images.
If your users are dropping off before reaching their limits, they're either not the type of users you are trying to attract, or your onboarding is poor. Both of those have different solutions.
Thank You Very Much Your homepage content needs to improve. People are using but after they reach the limit they dint buy my product
