Need help with handling millions of URLs

Hi all,
I need to help with handling around 10 millions of URLs using RabbitMQ or any other message queue broker.
Which message queue broker will be the best & efficient in order to push multiple URLs at producer side & retrieve the same at consumer side?

any architecture you would like to suggest to handle multiple request among queues?
