Need help with revenue model

I recently launched my stock cinemagraph site. Current revenue model is 3 free cinemagraphs a month for whatever use (similar to Coverr), the rest on the site are standard paid for. I'm getting traffic and downloads of the free cinemagraphs, but no sales as yet. Looking for alternative revenue model ideas. One I'm considering is that used by freevectormaps.com, whereby all files are free to use with accreditation, otherwise a licence fee is payable. Also maybe a monthly subscription option. Would really appreciate any thoughts/ideas! Thanks.
Although I don't fully understand what your current model is. I believe a freemium model can work as well. Have you considered this? Are there other services you can offer as add-ons or a way to categorize some current offers as add-ons?
