Need help with this idea
I am building a newsletter and it's under development.
I've always wanted to build a newsletter about Blogging. Over the last few years, I have noticed that SEO and Digital Marketing are hot topics in the blogging community. Even if you're not a blogger, I can provide great insights.
Before going live, I want to make sure people are going to be interested in SEO and Digital Marketing. I want to understand what people look for when they start a blog or website.
My question is, do you think my newsletter is too board? Should I niche down within the Digital Marketing Field?

IMHO, narrowing it down would help. Also, you may want to rename it from "Blogger Weekly" to something more specific to the topic, such as "SEO News" or "Digital Marketing Digest"

Hello! Thank you for your advice! I hear you! After doing some research, I think "Digital Marketing " is too broad. Within the Digital Marketing field, I think I am going to niche down to "Content Marketing".
I am going with "SEO & Content Marketing" because they go hand in hand...
I want to be able to talk about other topics in the Digital Marketing like Social Media marketing to keep the newsletter interesting and fresh.
I would start off with whatever you're most passionate about as well as what you're knowledgable in.
You can find your footing the more you grow and see which content gets more traction and better engagement from your audience and then tailor your writing over time.

Hello, thank you so much for your advice! Yes, I have struggled with with two ideas that I'm passionate about - Personal Finance and Blogging.
My gut feeling is telling me to go with Personal Finance Newsletter, because it's easier for business growth and getting more sponsorships in the near future. Not everyone is interested in Blogging, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
I have been struggling with this for months...
If you choose newsletter right now, what would it be? A finance newsletter or Blogging Newsletter?
I would subscribe to both! But definitely separately.

Maybe you could start two different newsletters and then focus on the one that takes off?
