Need help with wix website.

I would like to replicate something like this (https://homecoin.com) where you can easily login/sign up and have members to follow, ask questions, share on forums, etc... I would share files/pages with specific members, and have other pages accessible to everyone.

Does anyone have experience with wix login/member pages? Greatly appreciated in advance.
