Need landing page feedback

Hey! I like the page design, I think content is clear but copy could be clearer in my opinion. Here are a few feedback points. Good luck with the platform :)

I like the design. It's got good white space and the text is easy to read. I think the messaging is where you can really step it up.

It's clear what your product is, but not why someone should want it. Think about what's in it for the customer. How will this help the site owner? And how is it better than the alternatives.

Qualaroo is a good example that directly competes with yours, so it should be really relevant. Notice how lines like "Analytics Tells You What People Are Doing. Qualaroo Tells You Why!" speak to the value of it, not just what it is. They also position themselves against email by explaining that the interactions happen in the context of the user experience for more accurate insights.

There are several other elements on that home page worth emulating as well including:
Use cases
Customer logos for social proof
Testimonials

But don't just try to copy them. Figure out what your unique value proposition is for your target audience and write specifically to that.

Here are a few thoughts I had.

Product

• I totally got what your product is, without even needing to read the text. Always a good thing in my opinion. And I like how simple your product is.
• It would be nice to try a demo of the product (if it's built). I'd like to know what the full experience is like. Perhaps you could include one on the page to capture feedback?
• I'm interested to know how you will differentiate yourself from other services like HotJar.

Landing page design

• When I first landed on the page, I thought the site was broken and that the example surveys (e.g. "Do you enjoy our page") hadn't loaded properly. It took me a few seconds to realise they were just examples.
• The page feels a bit sparse in places and the example surveys get a bit repetitive after a while (I think there are 10 in total?).
• I do like the simplicity of the page though and how little text there is – I'll be honest, I tend to skim sites. It felt easy to take in, and by the time I reached the bottom I knew what the product had to offer.

I like the landing page. Nice touch how it loads all these examples.

Some of the questions on display (that jumped out at me) in the examples sound desperate (I need to know if you like my site!), and so the page communicates that the team behind it is also insecure about the product.

Which questions do you think a site owner would like to add to their site that doesn't communicate insecurity, if you had to filter down the list of questions?
