Need no-code solution for running the same API query periodically. Can Zapier do this?

See title. Does Zapier provide a way to query a website's public API? If yes, is there a way to schedule it to run periodically (hourly, daily, or weekly)? I'm open to alternatives.

I don't need this just for Amazon, but selected it as an example. I learned from a quick search that Amazon has an item search API, so at least querying information from Amazon should be possible -- the question now is whether Zapier has any type of API support..? Do you know?

It just depends on what platform it is. For example, Zapier offers integration with Spotify and Google Sheets. You'd have to check if the platform you're trying to query has integrations with Zapier. You can search on Zapier's site for the site in question and see.

Are you wanting this to be a no-code solution so that you don't have to write any code?

You could always explore having someone write the code for you and just set it up to update periodically to your specs. https://www.fiverr.com/ is a good resource (in my experience) to get a "one-off" task like this completed.

If it is just a simple query to save data to Google Sheets it shouldn't (famous last words) be too difficult for someone to complete for you.

What public API are you trying to query?

    Where would that data go?

For now, probably google sheets. Where the data goes doesn't matter too much yet; I am still trying to figure out how to get the data.
