I don't like the inspiration posters available so I designed this one.
I'd like to design a few of them like Elon Musk and Buffet but I don't know if the style is appealing. Does anyone have feedback they can give?

I think it's a great poster ! The message is delivered clearly in black over a whitish background.
At first I couldn't recognize the Microsoft hill within the head. I thought it was just a regular hill. You might wanna try something more obvious, or it might be just me !
And also, I didn't recognize Bill's head. I thought it was Sherlock Holmes, lol. You might wanna make his name appear somewhere bigger, like "Bill said : 'Life is not fair; get used to it.'"
But other that that, I really like it !
Looks really cool. May I ask, what’s the end goal of your feedback. I’d like to be more helpful than just agreeing that it looks cool :)
I'd like to create a brand that just took inspirational people and turned into a more aesthetic 'hustle porn.'
Thanks for the additional info. In that case, my feedback, hopefully constructive, is that I’d say the quote itself screams hustle porn to me still.
