Need some feedback on my multi-project management platform

I think you should Invest in good design. The functions work! There's plenty of features you have built but the design kinda turns off, mate. Better being told by me than by users. :(
You can invest in design resources a bit more. Not trying to sell myself but I noticed this because I am a product designer who understands the value of good design.

Get your concept correct... Make it real time as much as possible...
Generally there will be a team and a team may get involved in multiple projects...
A project will have a manager who act as an admin of the project.
A project will have a people working in the project that become members of the project
A project will have followers .. they become guest memeber of the project.
With that concept set ...
A project will have multiple job to be done. That become a Tabs in side the project.
Now that said, start looking out for few UI patterns done by good companies... You can get inspiration from them.

I have seen them, most of them are overly complicated. It is a very competitive market, so we hope to find a niche in simplicity.
Instead of showing all the projects on the side , show them on the home screen ( after login )
Your users must select one of the project to open it.
After then open a project , show them Project home page.
On project home page, give them a space to scribble anything. After they scribble it , then also them where to post it ...
On project home page , give them a why to ask question and your algorithm must make best attempt to answer them based on existing data.
Both of these UI become much simple.
Cool ideas, will think about them!
You should focus on minimalism & good modern/flat colors.
