Need some help with Medium

Hi all, we here on Limor have started a new blog series on "Medium" with each blog giving an insight into "Limor", the social audio app, our journey and different aspects to the idea and development of the business/product. As some people may know already we are also documenting a lot of our journey through vlogs on our youtube channel, and through our other social media platforms so doing some blogs on medium is another way we feel we can get more feedback and initial thoughts from people on our business and app.
It would be great if people could take the time to have a read of the first story and give me a bit of feedback on whether we are on the right track or not with Medium as it's a new area for us that we are exploring - any tips on how to get the best out of it?
