Need some suggestions for this feature.

Hi everyone. I've got an idea and need some inputs from the community whether this is possible or not.

If I have a setup by which customers can manage bookings via Facebook messenger, these messages from individual users are added to G Sheets or Airtable. From there, I want to have a VA to respond to these messages BUT without the VA seeing the profile of the user (for privacy reasons). Is this possible with Zapier or any automation tool?
