Need tech help - Mental health app - Make a difference

Hey Indie Hackers,

With the increasing need for mental health support, I sincerely want help in building an app that would impact the lives of people around us who are in need of help.

This is my third attempt and first on Indie Hacker.

First was a successful MVP on Google Play Store with about 5K MAU for a free platform. Since, I had hired a freelancer via Fiverr.com to get this done, there wasn't a possibility to continue building this but had to relaunch from scratch after the feedback obtained.

Attempt 2 - I found a remote co-founder with whom we built the product which is 80% ready. However, due to their own personal commitments, they have to step away from this project now and not able to give time.

What I seek for is a CTO / coder who can come onboard and help with a quick launch. This is not the next billion dollar idea, but definitely something that can start revenue generation from very first user onboarded. Equally important is that this app would have direct impact in improving someone's life and making it better.

The current tech stack used is Flutter - Dart / Firebase backend.
Open to starting from scratch again. I have the UX designs ready and ER diagrams ready.

Reach out via https://www.linkedin.com/in/zubair-mentalhealth/ to embark on this journey together.

Looking forward to making a difference!

Putting aside the fact that you can't actually do any of the things in your "Opportunity" statement, you need to be actually clear about what are you looking for, а CTO, Team Lead, Coder, the description you have given is meaningless for a tech person.
No need to get technical, but put a clear statement about what you expect that person to do.
And in the future when you are looking for tech people, don't shoot yourself in the foot before the race is started by pitching the "opportunity" the same way you do for a client or investor, "passionate tech co-founder" = the worst possible tech co-founder.
What you call "passionate" has a different meaning in the tech world, your meaning of "passion" & "heart" does not build stable software, experience and professionalism do.
If you are looking for a friend to share the struggle of making your idea a reality is exactly what you going to find, someone that will struggle to build anything and go nowhere, at best you will end up with something that looks like working but will fall apart if you look closer, but most likely you will find someone that will drop you in the first opportunity to make money that is presented to them.
Try to attract tech people with challenging projects, an interesting opportunity to implement tech that affects real life, freedom to pick the technology they use, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
And do show that you are a serious person that is capable of delivering on the non-technical end not just another one thinking they have the next billion-dollar idea thinking that if they have the "App" build they can sell it.

I have built something related to mental health and have an audience, from your posts it looks like you have an idea and want someone to take it to the finish(you have it partly built). What is your skin in the game? do you have ready audience , how much revenue do you see in the first couple of months after launch?
also why do you require a mobile app, why can't this be started right now using any existing resources
