My organization only uses Hubstaff for time tracking, but if you want all-in-one software with task management, time tracking and invoicing, Hubstaff does have HubStaff Tasks and invoicing. It seems Clockify has invoicing as well as a paid feature. I'm not sure if either of these allow for the actual card/ACH payment of invoices though, if that's what you need.
I would imagine a lot of people either use multiple tools for this or integrations. For example, we currently use ClickUp for task management, and we sync time tracked in Hubstaff with each ClickUp task.
