Need your thoughts to evaluate my idea

I am working on an idea and wanted to throw it out here before I proceed any further with it and in order to gather your thoughts on it.

An app for businesses to issue tokens to customer who wish to shop at their establishments. The customer can choose their preferred date and time slots, which are limited in number by the business. The customer can then display the token/sms on their phone and enter the premise. Much like an appointment app but for store visits.

Do let me what do you think of the idea and if there will be a need for such a solution in the coming months/years. Also, what will be the best approach to reach out to businesses to sell this. Thanks!
