Needing a Full stack Developer
Hi Indiehacker,
I am looking for a full stack Dev to join our team of a Marketeer and a Product Manager.
We would like someone who is willing to join as a Co-founder for a Workforce management application.
We are able to secure funding and revenue after the MVP is build. Hence the need for a Developer.
What problems do you solve in a workforce application?
Sorry for then late reply, we are solving work force management/planning that is plaguing the blue-collar sectors for decades
There are a lot of Workforce Management applications out there with some solid competitors (Microsoft, SAP)
What's your target audience and what's makes you different than the rest?
Yea their audience are office workers. Ours is not. What makes us different is the UI and the features.

you do not need a product manager at that early stage, there is no value in a product manager position until you have multiple developers (10+) and/or projects (3+) , start looking for a good CTO and try not to pick it based on "is it a good beer buddy" or "his/hers enthusiasm for the project"

A good CTO is hard to come by that can also design. I will keep that in mind tho. Thanks for the advice
A good CTO is impossible to find without secured money or connections, but if you keep the MVP a proper MVP (ideally just a prove of concept demo build) that can be achieve in 2-3 months you may find a senior dev to build it for you in their spare time
I build a license plate recognition app, API and designed a technical solution around them for a friend that wanted to try sell a parking lot control hardware it to bunch of supermarkets, just because it was nothing difficult and I was bored with my day job, so you may get lucky too :)
I am actually paying some to build it now. Someone mutually invested in this that actually cared would be better. Hope I do get lucky. Cheers

I recommend finding engineers through Githired.
