Here is more info:
Long story short my brother worked as a full stack developer, he was working for a startup that couldn't pay him. Result he owns the IP to the application that they created, now my brother wants passive income so he can work on his own company. To set himself up he wants me to set this app up and get it running, problem is I am not a full stack developer. I am willing to give anyone who has the skills 25% of the company and 25% of all profits ever month. The app is already built it just needs a little love, and in the future added features and a subscription system.
