Never lose another unlisted youtube livestream
Hello IH community,
So, while watching a youtube livestream, some chore came up and I thought that I'll continue the rest later but it got lost because it was an unlisted livestream. And then, this idea popped up. So, basically, there are three types of livestreams:
- public - you can watch it even after it's over
- unlisted - you can watch it after it ends only if you have the link
- private - you cannot watch it once it ends.
My vision is to handle the case of unlisted livestreams for now, and, maybe later think about the private one. I've also put up a barebone landing page just to give it a structure. It is live at:
It is just a simple project idea. But it is good enough to get me started on the indie maker journey and I'm planning to build it in public. Let me know what you think, any feedback is welcome 😀.

Really cool idea. I personally haven't had a need for the solution since I don't watch that much on Youtube.
Your site looks amazing and it clearly shows how the service would be beneficial.
The only question I have is that it would be "one more website to keep track off". Is this any way to quickly access the website? Like a chrome extension or something?

Hey @tulika19, thanks for your valuable feedback. Yes, a chrome extension would definitely make it easily accessible.
I have one thing in mind regarding that, the chrome extension would have the links pop-up for only the channel the person is watching at that moment (the pop-up will be in response to some keybind press). Anyways, I'll be posting more about it in detail along the way, and thanks for the feedback!!!
