New book: business skills for technical types

Launched my first Kickstarter today.

It's a book called Master Expert: how to use Expertship to achieve peak performance, influence and seniority in a technical role.

It's a bit of a monster - 700 pages of ideas, models, checklists and coaching to learn pretty much every business skill you need to get ahead in a technical role.

For indiehackers specifically, there's a lot on entrepreneurial skills like pitching, market context, understanding customers, prioritising, understanding revenue and lots of material on understanding your own energy levels, personal impact and pacing.
